What is the difference between the three tiers?

Pivot is the entry tier: you refer clients and earn commission. Lever is the committed tier: we deliver under your brand as white-label. Torque is the strategic tier: you resell our services at your own margin and set the commercial terms. The tier sets how visible we are and how the commercials work. The testing itself is the same at every level.

What are the commission rates and margins?

Rates are set individually for each partner and they are generous at every tier. Commission for Pivot, reseller margin for Torque, and white-label pricing for Lever are agreed up front when you join, not negotiated on every engagement. We talk the numbers through before you sign anything.

How does white-label report branding work?

Under the Lever tier, reports carry your branding, not ours. Your logo, your company name, your formatting. Same depth, same quality, same professional approach. The client sees your name on the deliverable. Your brand, your report, delivered by qualified, certified and accredited testers working behind the scenes.

We also provide sales positioning training at no cost: how to scope engagements, articulate value to non-technical buyers, and handle common objections around price and scope.
